Emission testing is no longer required to renew your Florida Vehicle registration. However it is still important to maintain your emission controls at peak performance. We continue to repair and replace pollution control devices. You should not tamper with or remove these features. Not only is it illegal you cannot sell or trade in a vehicle that the pollution controls have been removed or disabled.
